About Crosstowne Properties
Crosstowne Properties, Ltd. is a father-son (Craig & Ryan) real estate development company with offices in Springfield and Columbus, Ohio. For thirty years, Crosstowne Properties, Ltd. (a former Epcon franchisee) has developed, built, and sold condominiums and single-family homes primarily around Dayton (Beavercreek, Centerville, Washington Township and Bellbrook), Springfield, Columbus and South Carolina. Crosstowne currently specializes in single family detached patio homes, but has also developed multifamily properties and several prominent infill real estate projects around Columbus Ohio. Craig Crossley has nearly fifty years of experience in the real estate industry – financing, capitalizing, designing, and building successful real estate communities while leading an experienced team of skilled subcontractors. Craig was also one of the original franchisees of Epcon Communities. For nearly twenty years, Ryan Crossley has partnered with successful developers and guided commercial and residential mixed-use and infill projects all around the country, but most notably in central Ohio. Each home is expertly built by a dedicated and experience on-site supervisor and construction team, including over thirty local subcontractor companies, most of whom have worked for Crosstowne since its founding in 1996.

Every Crosstowne home is backed by a one-year builder warranty, and homeowners benefit from a 15-year tax abatement on property improvements.
